How are the products made?

 All ingredients are ordered from a vegan & cruelty free supplier. Products are then formulated in a lab work space. 

I am very sensitive, will I be okay to use the products?

Tori Rose Cosmetics works hard to cater to mostly every community. We do advise to do a skin test for products. With that being said, all products are:

Vegan

Cruelty Free

Talc Free

Paraben Free

Gluten Free

Which products are vegan?

All products are 100% vegan and cruelty free. 

Tori Rose Cosmetics is a certified by PETA as a vegan and cruelty free brand. Licensing to use the leaping bunny logo is in the works. 

 

 

Since Tori Rose Cosmetics is cruelty free how are the products tested?

All ingredients are tested prior by the cruelty free supplier. Final products are then tested by family, friends, and those willing to test and review them.

My product(s) arrived damaged what can I do?

Keep all products AND the package they came in. Visit the Contact Us page to reach us.  You must contact us with in 3 days of receiving your package. You will receive a response with in 1 business day. Please understand that regular first class mail is not insured & you do have the option to purchase insurance.

Are returns accepted? 

Due to the nature of cosmetics, returns are not accepted. If a product is damaged we will quickly come to a solution depending on the circumstances of the situation. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

Cosmetics cannot be returned. Therefore, there are no refunds. If you are not happy with your product we can work towards a solution as a team. As a seller in Maryland we are not obligated to refund. 

 

 

Where is my order?

Processing takes 2-10 business days, this excludes custom orders and pre orders which can take up to 8 weeks. Depending on your location and choice of shipping, delivery can take from 2-13 business days. Once your order is on the way, you will receive tracking via email. 

 

 

I provided the wrong address for my order, what do I do?

Immediately visit the contact page & email us. If your package is not yet on it's way a new label can be created. If it has been more than 24 hours you are responsible for paying the extra shipping charge. Unfortunately, for security purposes, once your order is shipped, there is no way for me to retrieve it. If your order is sent to an incorrect address, you are responsible for retrieving it. 

 

 

The product I received is not what I thought it would be.

 

All products are pictured and described to be as accurate as possible. Please understand that pictures can vary due to screen resolution & quality. Keep in mind that products are also handmade in small batches.  If you received the WRONG item contact us and we will come to a solution

Do you ship worldwide?​
